Honest cooking,
by the chef himself.

At the stove

Harald Pichler

Trained at the Kaiserhof hotel school in Meran, seasoned in the kitchens of the Seiser Alm and Leukerbad in Switzerland – in the family business since 1994 and at its helm since 2002.

What lands on the plate is what the season has to offer: South Tyrolean classics such as dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn alongside Mediterranean and international specialities. Craft rather than showmanship.

Ambience

Dining among
frescoes

Here you dine beneath the historic vaults with their uncovered Renaissance frescoes – and, in fine weather, in the peaceful courtyard.

No bar bustle, no terrace on the street: just vaults, church, courtyard and village square, devoted entirely to calm and flavour.
